The Patrician II was a later (Improved ?) version of the regular Patrician.  The roman numeral II will be engraved on the LH side of the receiver behind the name Patrician.  It could have been had in 3" chambering.  The main difference was that the rear of the slide assembly was Weatherby Patrician Illustrated similar to the automatic model 82.  Please see the illustration of the model 82 for some idea of what it looks like.
